Late, no-show and cancellation policy

-If you are 10-15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and will have to pay a $10 rescheduling fee.-If you were more than 15 minutes late you will be counted as a no-show and have to pay 50% of the original cost of your service you booked for!-If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do 24 hours before the appointment. If done within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee as well which will be 25% of the original cost of your appointment.-If you are a reoccurring client, there is a chance I may be more lenient with these rules, as you have showed up before and most likely didn’t intend to break them! But that is not a promise.-If you let me know ahead of time that you’ll be late, the fee’s will not apply in most situations!

Consent policy

-by booking with me, you automatically agree to letting me use all of the necessary products for the service that you are booking for! If you have any allergies that may be necessary for me to know, please let me know before the booking!-You also agreed to letting me know if I ever hurt you at any point in time, anything about your nails/lashes bothers you or you feel uncomfortable! This includes topics at conversation, being physically uncomfortable due to the environment, the people that are around you, the music that’s playing, or if your nails/lashes are bothering you! (etc.)-you have the right to be picky about your nails/lashes. Please tell me if anything bothers you looks weird or is uncomfortable. You’re paying me to provide you a service so you’re absolutely allowed to be picky!

Booking Policy

-If you are a first-time client, you will be asked to pay a 50% booking fee of the cost of the service you are booking for! That cost will go towards your appointment! This is nonrefundable!Payments I take
